Maersk Design Days is an internal design conference. It is open to all Maersk employees.
Our mission is to raise awareness and promote the value of design within the Maersk organization, inspiring our colleagues and improving collaboration across disciplines and areas.
Yes, absolutely. Maersk Design Days is open to all Maersk employees.
You can register for our event by clicking the Register button and filling out the registration form.
Yes, we’ll close the registration form at midnight on 31 October. After that, you’re still welcome to attend all talks in the auditorium or join remotely, but we won’t be able to guarantee spots for the exclusive workshops and sessions that required registration. Merchandise will only be available to registered participants.
We will offer spots on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s better to sign up now.
The address of the Maersk head office is Esplanaden 50 (Copenhagen). It's easiest to come by train, metro or bike.
The Metro stations closest to the office are Marmorkirken (blue/red line, 10 min walk) and Østerport (blue/red line, 16 min walk). You can buy a ticket at a metro station or use the rejsekort app. The Østerport station is also accesible by train.
You can rent a Donkey, Lime or Bolt bike easily with an app. If your accommodation is close to the office, walking (if not raining ;)) is also a good option. You can park your bike in the bike parking for employees left of the main entrance.
The plenary activities take place in the Auditorium 1 (start at the reception, go left through the access gates, go down the stairs immediately after passing through the gates, at the bottom of the stairs, turn left. Proceed straight, you'll see the Snack Bar and Auditorium on your right).
We will guide you to talks and workshops not taking place at the Auditorium. Before the start of the talk or workshop you can go to the meeting point with the colour mentioned in the program.
As a Maersk employee you can mention your Unique ID at the reception to get an access card for one or multiple days. We recommend asking one of your Copenhagen based colleagues for help, by meeting you at the reception.
The building and rooms are accessible for everyone. There are elevators to all floors. Please reach out to us if you have any special needs.
You can connect with APMM_HOTSPOT. The password for November 2025 is PDoVzAHeeA.
There is a cloakroom (unattended) near the auditorium.
